open the console (~` by default)
type dm
press the yard key to fly
infinite to go up
c to go downwards

EDIT: since this thread was necro'ed in 2021
The key to open up the console changed to F1.
Equally such the first line on a more recent version of these directions would read:
open up the panel (F1 by default)

- Go to options
- Click on controls
- Await for Console
- Choose the key you want to affect it to
- Enjoy

Nvm i just changed the button in settings.

But how do i turn on god mode?

- Choose the key you want to affect information technology to

If you want to turn on the God mode, go back into settings / controls then look for "God".
Check if any fundamental is linked to that. if non, practice it.

Then, become in game and press the key to activate god mode.
